Cooking Instructions:

Empty contents in a pot and heat over medium heat stirring

occasionally until simmering. From Frozen. Defrost in the

 fridge for 24 hours then follow instructions above. OR place

frozen bag into a large pot of water and boil contents (20-30mins)

until internal temperature is above 170F   This is a guide only.
