Basically a Pickle Spear in Pierogi form! We use pickle juice to flavour the potato and add in 8L of chopped pickles for the crunch you crave
Ingredients: Potato, Pickles, Pickle juice, Corn Starch, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Water, Canola Oil
Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan. Add 2 tbsp butter or olive oil.
Once the pan is hot and butter or oil is heated, add pierogi.
Cook each pierogi for 8 minutes, flipping once or twice for even cooking.
Warm pierogi until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 74 degree C
Serve hot with sour cream or your favorite dips.
