Vinification & Élevage:

Our 2018 Chamboulé comes from our 19th Street (34%) and Home Farm (66%) vineyards. The fruit was harvested on October 20th and 30th/31st respectively. The wines were fermented 100% whole-cluster fruit and aged in a combination of demi-muids and barrels (19th vineyard fruit) and a combination of concrete and foudre (Home Farm fruit). The wines aged 17 months before being blended and aged for an additional 3 months, for a total of 20 months of élévage.

2018 Chamboulé Pinot Noir was bottled unfiltered and un-fined on May 19th , 2020.
