Tendu is the second label from Matthiasson and represents some of the best values we've come across for honest, small-production California wines. Lower alcohol, with great structure and balance, the Tendu line is reminiscent of the table wines of the old world that are meant to be consumed in their youth. The word tendu refers to tension or poise and these wines are just that; racy and full of energy.
