The mamma emma gnocchi with ricotta cheese and spinach celebrate the taste of craftsmanship. Prepared with only 100% Italian ricotta and spinach, flour, eggs and a pinch of salt, these gnocchi have such a delicate flavor that you just need to add some butter and sage to fully appreciate them.

The ingredients of the potato gnocchi with ricotta and spinach are: Steamed potatoes 50%, type “0” soft wheat flour, spinach 12%, ricotta 12% (whey, cream, salt), eggs, salt, sunflower oil.

The ricotta and spinach used in the dough for our gnocchi are 100% Italian. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and nutritional elements with antioxidant action, as well as an excellent purifying agent for our body.
