All of the salmon that is prepared for Creeds is sourced from Canadian sources which have a 4 star BAP certification at a minimum.
There are no use of artificial preservatives, flavours, or colours in the salmon that we carry.
The signature smoked salmon is smoked over a blend of Hickory, Cherry and Alder wood.
The gravlax recipe follows a traditional Scandinavian style using akvavit, dill and white pepper.
For the scotch salmon, an 8 year Laphroaig based blended scotch is used and smoked over hickory.
